The American Legion Auxiliary: The Auxiliary’s membership is more than 550,000 strong. With more than 7,600 units in communities, members are fiercely dedicated to serving, helping, and meeting the needs of veterans, the military, and their families.
Membership Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility is open to mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, grand-daughters great-grand-daughters, or grandmothers of members of The American Legion, or of deceased veterans who served in The United States Armed Forces during wartime.

To join, please download and complete a PDF version of the application and either mail it with a check payable to American Legion Post 251 at 2760 Duluth Highway 120, Duluth, GA 30096, or bring your completed application to the Post, where we accept cash, credit card, or check.
$40 Annual Dues
Dues are assessed annually. A portion supports Post 251 local programs; the remainder funds the Georgia Department and National Legion operations. Contact us for current rates.
